Ahimsa, often translated as "non-violence" or "non-harming," is one of the foundational principles of yoga philosophy. The concept is centred around love and compassion that we can show towards others and ourselves.
Join me on October 28th for an extended morning flow where we’ll dive into this idea a little deeper trying to let go of that inner self critic, embracing self-compassion on and off the mat.
It’s can sometimes be hard to fit everything into a 60 minute yoga class so this 75 minute class will allow us to move through our flow but also experience an introduction to some pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. There’s also the option to hang out and share a tea or coffee and some pastries after class.
